***UPCOMING OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE***

Dr. Wofford will be out of the office for vacation from Friday, March 27th through Monday, April 6th.

To ensure all of my patients have the care they need beforehand, please let me know what you need by the following dates:

• Refill requests: Please submit by Wednesday, March 25th. 
• Appointments: I will be seeing patients in the office through Thursday, March 27th. So I can offer same/next day availability for urgent concerns, please make requests for routine appointments for that week by Sunday, March 22nd. 

While I’m out of town:

• Non-urgent messages: Please send a message in the portal. I will respond when I return on Tuesday, April 7th.
• Urgent messages: Call me at 919.335.8203 if you have an urgent health concern that might need evaluation before I return. I can help determine if it can be addressed via telehealth or if you should visit urgent care.
• Emergencies: As always, if you have a true medical emergency, call 9-1-1 FIRST.
